The full-length article should be submitted to conference email id iccnct.contact@gmail.com
The submitted article must include title, author affiliation with email address, abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion.
Authors should limit the abstract within 250 words with a maximum of 6 keywords.
Paper should be submitted as per template, which is available below(word or LaTeX).
Articles should present novel perspectives within the theme of the conference mentioned in Call for Papers.
The paper length should not exceed 12-15 pages. However, additional pages may be allowed depending upon the reviewers’ comments.
Review papers will be considered if they show significant novelty and clearly highlight the benefits in the research field. Such articles must go beyond a review of the literature and define the topic in a new way, or highlight intriguing new technologies in the field of research, in order to be published.
All submitted papers will be subjected to a plagiarism test (< 15% similarity).
Papers achieving a <15% plagiarism score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable may be rejected/withdrawn without any formal review.
AUTHOR’S KIT – INSTRUCTIONS AND TEMPLATES
Please make sure that your paper adheres to the format as specified in the instructions and templates.

  • An archive file (e.g. zip, tar.gz) containing the both a PDF copy of your paper and LaTeX or Word source material prepared according to the above guidelines.
Review Process
ICCNCT 2024 focuses on a number of important elements to assist authors with a smooth submission and review process. The paper should include,
Statement of Novelty/ Research Impact:
This statement should serve as the primary justification to include the paper in the conference. It should be clear if the major value of the contribution is in the novelty of the suggested technique or the scholarly significance of the findings or outcomes.
Double-blind Review:
ICCNCT reviewing is double blind, which means that the authors do not know the names of the technical chairs/reviewers of their articles, and the technical chairs/reviewers do not know the authors' names. Violation of any of these guidelines may lead to rejection without further review. If you need to cite a different paper of yours that is being submitted concurrently to ICCNCT, you should cite these papers and argue in the body of your paper why your submitted paper is non-trivially different from those concurrent submissions.
Multiple/Double Submissions:
By submitting a manuscript to ICCNCT, authors acknowledge that their work has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, and workshop. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period of ICCNCT.
The authors also attest that they did not submit substantially similar submissions to ICCNCT 2024. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection. The goals of the dual submission policy are (i) to have exciting new work be published for the first time at ICCNCT, and (ii) to avoid duplicating the effort of reviewers. Any submission to ICCNCT should not have substantial overlap with prior publications or other concurrent submissions. As a rule of thumb, the ICCNCT submission should contain less than 15 percent of material from previous publications.
Plagiarism:
We will be actively checking for plagiarism in the submitted paper. Plagiarism is a serious offence, which includes using wordings or results of other publication without giving credit or appropriate referencing. Self-plagiarism, e.g. reuse of figures and sections of text from the authors' own previous publications, is also not permitted. Reviewers and technical chairs can recognize such acts of plagiarism, and are asked to refer these to the ICCNCT organizing committee, who will investigate and take further action to reject the paper.
All ICCNCT 2024 submissions must be original and cannot be already published or considered for publication elsewhere.
Attendance Responsibilities:
The authors agree that if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper there. At the time of paper acceptance, we will notify authors with respect to obtaining the official acceptance letter. First all the authors of a paper can present with a single registration only.
Registration
  1. After obtaining the official conference acceptance letter, the camera-ready material must be submitted by registration deadline in conference homepage. As described below, all the files must be sent via Email.
For the Paper to be Included in the Conference Proceedings:
    1. Camera-Ready Paper: The authors must address the minor changes provided by the comments from reviewers and the program chair; please include a file entitled 'Camera-Ready Paper' by highlighting the modifications to the paper.
    2. IEEE Copyright Form: The camera-ready copy with all figures, movies, and the signed copyright form must be completed, scanned and sent to the conference Email. The copyright form can be signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors. Conference name, "ICCNCT 2024", and other information will be filled by us.
